Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate — Michigan, has been retained on behalf of the owner to sell the 100-percent fee-simple interest in two grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Grand Rapids, Michigan, market.
Mid-America has also been retained to sell a single-tenant NNN lease grocery store in Harrison, Michigan.
The three properties are being offered for purchase as a portfolio.
The properties include the Rockford Shopping Center in Rockford, Michigan; Breton Meadows, in Grand Rapids; and 1570 North Clare Avenue in Harrison, Michigan.
