Midwest Industrial Funds completed the sale of its newly developed building within the Brewster Creek Business Park located 1303 Jack Court in Bartlett, Illinois, to a private investment group affiliated with RIM Logistics.
The building will be the future home of RIM Logistics, which will relocate its Chicago-area logistics operations and global headquarters to the property.
The 400,112-square-foot Class-A spec building is situated on a 26-acre site and was designed for a multitude of uses, including e-commerce, distribution, assembly and manufacturing. The pre-cast concrete and glass facility features 36’ clear ceiling height, a cross docked configuration with up to 80 truck docks, 470 car parking spaces plus 115 onsite trailer spaces in a high image business park setting.
MIF Construction LLC was the design-build general contractor for the project with V3 and Partners in Design providing engineering and design services. The Lee & Associates team of Michael Androwich Jr., John Cassidy and Chris Nelson were the listing agents for Midwest Industrial Funds on the sale and Dan Smolensky of TMG represented the buyer.
