Milwaukee-based Hammes Company has been named as the country’s top healthcare developer by Modern Healthcare in its 2018 Construction and Design Survey.
This is the 20th year that Hammes Company has been named leading developer among design/build companies. Results of the 39th survey were released by Modern Healthcare on March 17.
Rankings were based on the dollar volume for completed healthcare projects in 2017 and square footage for completed healthcare construction projects in 2017.
In 2017, Hammes completed healthcare facility and real estate projects encompassing more than 5.9 million square feet and valued at more than $2.3 billion.
