The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage |Commercial Finance recently closed a $23.4 million loan for the new construction financing of Stonegate at Wildwood Senior Living Facility in Oxford, Florida.
The two-story, 130-unit seniors living facility will be located on an approximately 3.9-acre parcel in Oxford, about 50 miles northwest of downtown Orlando. This area is commonly known as The Villages, a large master-planned age-restricted community in central Florida that spans across Sumter, Lake and Marion Counties.
