St. Louis Park, Minnesota-based Bridgewater Bank has added Tom Grotbo as senior vice president of commercial lending.
Grotbo joins Bridgewater with more than 15 years of commercial experience. He most recently served as senior vice president of commercial lending at Edina, Minnesota-based Tradition Capital Bank.
In his new role at Bridgewater, Grotbo will use his single-family construction and land development expertise to deliver flexible lending solutions to commercial clients. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.
