ML Realty Partners has acquired a 55,120-square-foot industrial building at 31 South Mitchell Court in Addison, Illinois. The freestanding property, located in DuPage County, is immediately available for occupancy.

With immediate access to Interstate 355 at Army Trail Road, the facility features low DuPage property taxes, interstate visibility and heavy power. Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented the seller and will also be responsible for leasing the building for ML Realty Partners.
