ML Realty Partners recently completed nearly 400,000 square feet of industrial leases in Chicagoland. The transactions—two renewals and two new leases—were located in the suburbs of Addison, Bridgeview, Lockport and Schaumburg.
Gruma Corporation signed a new lease for 61,163 square feet at 14407 S. Gougar Road in Lockport, Illinois. Dan Leahy, Mark Moran and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented ML Realty Partners and Britt Casey and Al Caruana of Cushman & Wakefield represented Gruma Corporation in the transaction.
Custom Personalization Solutions LLC signed a new lease for a 55,120-square-foot building at 31 Mitchell Court in Addison, Illinois. Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented ML Realty Partners and Jeff Locascio of Entre Commercial Realty represented Custom Personalization Solutions in the transaction.
Dan Leahy of NAI Hiffman represented Pull’R Holding Company LLC in their renewal of 76,282 square feet at 415 E. State Parkway in Schaumburg, Illinois. Nielsen & Bainbridge LLC also renewed their 184,071-square-foot lease at 7830 W. 71st Street in Bridgeview, Illinois.
