Itasca-based ML Realty Partners announced that the firm has completed nearly 600,000 square feet in recent Chicagoland lease transactions. The new leases occured in Chicago suburbs Bridgeview, Des Plaines, Elgin, Itasca and Lockport.
“We are happy to expand ML Realty Partners’ tenant base and continue our relationships with the tenants in our portfolio,” said Patrick Shannon, vice president of ML Realty Partners.
The transactions included Menasha Packaging Company, LLC leasing 7770 and 7800 West 71st Street in Bridgeview; Promac, Inc. leasing space at 1155 Timber Drive in Elgin; Music & Arts Center, Division of Guitar Center Stores, Inc. at 905 Irving Park Road in Itasca and Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp. leasing 14503 S. Gougar Road in Lockport. There were also two, separate leases in Des Plaines: Mark Andy, Inc. at 201 West Oakton Avenue and Key, Inc. at 1905 S. Mount Prospect Road.
