Brendan Hill, acquisition director of ML Realty Partners, has acquired two single-tenant buildings in Hanover Park and Willowbrook, Illinois. Jeffrey Devine and Steven Disse of Colliers International represented the seller in the acquisition.
Located at 1565 Hunter Road in Hanover Park and 7100 S. Madison Street in Willowbrook, these fully leased industrial buildings total approximately 101,405 square feet.
The Hanover Park property is located on a 4.5-acre site two miles from I-390 in the Central DuPage County submarket, providing direct access to O’Hare International Airport from the west. Sitting on a 4.5-acre site just one and half miles north of I-55 and three miles west of I-294, the Willowbrook property is located on the eastern end of the I-55 corridor submarket, provides expressway access in all directions.
