ML Realty Partners has announced the development of two new industrial buildings totaling 605,300 square feet in Bensenville, Illinois. The firm plans to break ground this summer on two buildings that will accommodate tenants from 75,000 square feet to 307,700 square feet.
Situated in DuPage County with frontage along Route 83/Busse Road and Devon Avenue, the site is strategically located in the center of the O’Hare submarket and will offer excellent access to all areas of Chicago via all major expressways. The property is only minutes from both cargo entrances at O’Hare International Airport.
Planned for delivery in spring of 2022, the two-building development can accommodate a wide range of users and features 40-foot clear heights, heavy auto parking and substantial trailer parking.
