Mohr Partners and Commercial In-Sites have completed the sale of the Dawn Foods 120,000-square-foot building at 1300 E. Summit in Crown Point, Ind.
Van Drunen Farms of Momence, Ill., has purchased the manufacturing and distribution facility, which contains a 60,000-square-foot freezer/cooler. Van Drunen Farms is a grower and primary processor of culinary, all-natural and functional food ingredients.
David Lasser of Commercial In-Sites and Nathan Hale of Mohr Partners brokered the transaction.
