Molina Healthcare has finalized a new lease bringing more than 150 new jobs to The Crossings corporate campus and Oak Brook. Molina Healthcare will occupy 37,127 square feet of office space at 1520 Kensington Road.

Molina Healthcare provides quality healthcare for financially vulnerable individuals and families. Currently, Molina Healthcare arranges for the delivery of health care services or offers health information management solutions for nearly 4.3 million individuals and families who receive their care through Medicaid, Medicare and other government funded programs in 15 states.

“As Molina Healthcare continues to grow we are looking for space that has the right amenities and location for our company and our employees. The Crossings meets those needs perfectly. The building ownership, The Davis Companies, have worked with us to provide solutions to match our needs, and we value the investments they have made in The Crossings,” said Salvador Gutierrez, associate vice president of facilities for Molina Healthcare.

“The recent renovations and building improvements at The Crossings were key in Molina Healthcare’s decision to move here,” said Dan O’Neill, executive vice president of NAI Hiffman, who represented The Davis Companies in the transaction. “The Davis Companies’ commitment to its investment is obvious with a new HVAC system, lobby enhancements, common corridor and restroom upgrades and the addition of a 50-person conference room.”

The Crossings, which total 303,510 square feet, are positioned in a campus setting on a 17-acre site. They are currently 93 percent leased; up 30 percent from The Davis Companies’ acquisition in 2010. Amenities include three-story atrium lobbies, interior landscaping, fountains, an on-site day care facility, full service sundry shop and on-site cafe, fitness center and the new 50-person conference center.

O’Neill, Jim Adler, executive vice president, and Garrett Schulz, associate, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented The Davis Companies in the transaction. Charlie Copelan of McKinney Advisory Group of San Francisco represented Molina Healthcare.
