Stan Phillips, a broker with Fort Wayne, Ind.-based NAI Harding Dahm, recently represented both ends of a retail shopping center in Fort Wayne.
Phillips represented both the seller, Rosefield Properties, and the buyer, Portland Development, on the sale of a 14,770-square-foot retail shopping center located at 1061 W. Votaw St. in the city.
