NAI Hiffman recently represented Houbolt LLC in the sale of its 12,551-square-foot office building to WAP LLC in Joliet for $1 million. The two-story building, located at 370 Houbolt Road, offers prime medical office space, ample parking, prominent signage and easy access to I-80.
