Joe Bronson, SIOR, senior vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, has completed multiple industrial transactions on behalf of four tenants throughout the Chicagoland market for a combined total exceeding 236,000 square feet.
In Melrose Park, third-party logistics provider, Neill Cartage, expanded its presence with a new lease for 95,413 square feet at 5300 Proviso Drive in addition to its renewed lease for 32,439 square feet at 2680-2690 West Lake Street.
Callas Kingsley Electrical Sales, Inc. signed a lease renewal for 45,642 square feet of industrial space at 835-845 Lively Boulevard in Wood Dale. The electrical manufacturers’ representative serves Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin and continues to benefit from its central location in Wood Dale Industrial Park.
Rational Cooking Systems, a manufacturer of cooking appliances for large-scale and commercial kitchens, also renewed its lease for 42,000 square feet at 1455-1645 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village. Bronson represented the landlord, Mirvac.
Lastly, in Elmhurst, Artco Casket Co. signed a new lease for 20,808 square feet at 847-853 North Church Court.
