NAI Martens is marketing 18 former Blockbuster locations in Kansas and Missouri for sale or lease.
Of the 18 former stores, 17 are in Kansas and one is Columbia, Mo. The buildings are a mixture of free-standing and strip centers, ranging in size from 2,000 to 11,000 square feet. Eight of the 18 buildings are in the Wichita MSA. Nine of the buildings are available for sale.
