The Ingham County Land Bank has recently partnered with NAI Mid-Michigan/TMN Commercial to meet its mission to return tax-reverted, purchased, donaed and unclaimed land to more productive use. The Land Bank sought a commercial real estate firm that can deliver qualified buyers to repurpose or develop more than 30 commercial sites in Ingham County, Michigan.

Ingham County is home to Lansing. The sites that the land bank has targeted for repurpose or redevelopment range in size from special-purpose buildings such as the former Pleasant Grove Elementary School and the former RC Cola bottling plant to vacant commercial and industrial lots.

“Through our competitive procurement process, we identified NAI as both knowledgeable and on point in the local commercial real estate market,” said Jeanna Paluzzi, executive director of the Ingham County Land Bank.

NAI Mid-Michigan/TMN Commercial and the Ingham County Land Bank recently held their project kick-off meeting and will be offering properties to the marketplace in phases during the upcoming months.
