Caroline Ruhl and John G. Ruhl have opened a new commercial real estate company in the Quad Cities area of Iowa and Illinois, NAI Ruhl Commercial Company. Premier Partners, the third-largest firm in the region, is also merging with the company.
The new company has acquired the assets of NAI Ruh & Ruhl Commercial Company from Chuck Ruhl, Jr., who is not associated with the new company.
The asset purchase was completed Dec. 2.
Chris Beason is the Illinois managing broker of the new company and also an owner.
The new NAI Ruhl Commercial Company is a full-service commercial real estate company offering brokerage services and property management and maintenance services. It is the largest commercial ral estate company in the region with more than 51 percent market share as of Dec. 5.
