Cameron Timmer and Russ Bono of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan have completed the transaction of four Kroger-anchored shopping centers for a combined total of $28.53 million.
NAI Wisinski of West Michigan worked with NAI Farbman to market a portfolio of the four Kroger-anchored centers in Michigan and Indiana.
Two of the shopping centers are in Michigan: Owosso East Shopping Center at 1311-1501 East Main St. in Owosso and Sturgis Plaza at 713-973 South Centerville in Sturgis.
The other two shopping centers are in Indiana: Plymouth Plaza located at 1913-2021 North Michigan St. in Plymouth, Indiana, and Auburn Plaza located at 1003-1047 West 7th St in Auburn, Indiana.
