The Missner Group, (TMG) a Chicago-based fully integrated general contractor and real estate
developer, is pleased to announce the addition of Neely Sadowski as its new president of construction. In her role at TMG, she will oversee all strategic initiatives of construction operations, inclusive of pre-construction processes, project management and ongoing business development.
Prior to accepting her role as president of construction, Neely was a vice president of pre-construction at Krusinski Construction Company. As an active leadership team member, she was responsible for all strategic pre-construction initiatives on the firm’s behalf. Sadowski also served as a pre-construction project executive at pepper construction, engaged in projects ranging from $5 million to $240 million. Additionally, Neely spent over 10 years at Walsh Construction in project management and estimating, climbing the ladder quickly, working on a large scope of projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $500 million. During her time at Walsh Construction, Neely was also selected to participate in the Walsh Group Leadership Initiative Program, geared to train future industry leaders.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in multifamily, hospitality, higher education, K-12, commercial, interiors, and industrial projects providing her with a vast knowledge of Midwest construction management at various levels.
Neely has a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from The University of Illinois and a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in civil engineering with a focus in construction management, also from The University of Illinois.
