Mark Nelson, SIOR, Michael Nelson, SIOR, Gavin Stainthorpe, Michael Conway and Brian Etten have all joined JLL’s Chicago industrial practice. The team of brokerage professionals joins JLL from NelsonHill, a Chicago-based commercial real estate services firm focused on urban industrial sales and acquisitions, leasing and property management.

Mark and Mike Nelson will join JLL as senior vice presidents while Stainthorpe, Conway and Etten join as vice presidents.

Formed in 2010 by brothers Mark and Michael, the NelsonHill team has specialized in urban infill sales and acquisitions and commercial leasing assignments. They have led the recent transformation of Fulton Market with over $100,000,000 in transaction volume. Following the sale and conversion of 1200 W. Randolph, which was repositioned and sold to New York-based City Winery, they are working on the sale of 1234 W. Randolph to The Standard Hotel. The team has also helped turn around historic buildings in the South Loop with over 400,000 square feet of adaptive reuse sales in the historic Motor Row District.
