Janko Group, LLC and Janko Hospitality, LLC announced the development of a new Hyatt House hotel in Evanston, which will be located in the heart of downtown Evanston and a few blocks from Northwestern University and Lake Michigan. Peak Construction Corporation was selected as the design/build firm and SCB Architecture is the architect.

Located at 1515 Chicago Avenue, the hotel will be proximate to the restaurants, theaters, shops, and bars that create Evanston’s unique cultural reputation.
