Northern Builders will develop a 30,600-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility in Plainfield, Illinois, for Chicago-based healthcare consumables group Pharmacy Automation Supplies.
Situated on approximately 4.38 acres at the corner of South Wood Farm Road and Persons Parkway, the building will feature 7,000 sq8are feet of office, a clear height of 32 feet, 50 car parking stalls, three fully equipped dock positions, one drive-in door and expansion capabilities of up to an additional 30,000 square feet.
Construction of the new facility is scheduled to commence in May with an anticipated December 2025 completion date.
