Northwestern College, formerly known as Northwestern Business College, has completed a lease for 10,494 square feet of space at the Rosemont Corporate Center in Rosemont, Ill. Tim Hennelly, president, Great Lakes region of Ryan Companies US, Inc., the building’s owner, announced the transaction.
Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent for the Class A office building. CR Daccord Inc. represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Ryan Companies manages the building.
In signing a lease for space at Rosemont Corporate Center, Northwestern College will relocate its administrative offices fromthe Orchard Point office building, also located in Rosemont. It will occupy space on the building’s fourth floor.
Northwestern College is an accredited college offering degree programs in healthcare, nursing, business and legal services. The College, which was established in 1902, has campus locations on Chicago’s northwest side and in Bridgeview and Naperville.
Rosemont Corporate Centerwas developed in 2009 by Ryan Companies US, Inc. and is a four-story, 121,000-square-foot, LEED Gold-certified, Class A office building located at 9501 Technology Blvd. in Rosemont. Cisco Systems is a primary tenant of the building occupying approximately 82,000 square feet of space.The building is located on a three-acre site between River Road and Interstate 294.
With this lease, Rosemont Corporate Center is 93 percent leased.
