Nufarm Americas Inc. has signed a new lease for 375,785 square feet at 21399 Torrence Avenue in Sauk Village, Illinois with owner, STAG Industrial.

Nufarm, an Australia-based firm with North American headquarters in Alsip, includes business units serving agriculture, turf, ornamental and greenhouse, seed treatment, and industrial vegetation management.

The company will use 21399 Torrence Avenue strictly for distribution. Located near the intersection of I-394 and Route 30, the tenant selected the building based primarily on its close proximity to its manufacturing plants in Alsip and Chicago Heights.

Chris Gary, senior vice president with NAI Hiffman‘s Industrial Services group, represented Nufarm Americas in the transaction. This lease represents Gary’s third transaction representing Nufarm as they expand operations in the Chicagoland market.
