Onyx+East broke ground on a joint venture with Meyer Najem called Nickel Row. The new community marks Onyx+East’s first project in Fishers, Indiana.
Set on more than three acres directly adjacent to the Nickel Plate Trail, the community will feature 35 three-story townhomes available for sale at a starting price in the mid-$500,000s.
Located in the fourth best place to live in America and within the sixth best school district in Indiana, Nickel Row is steps away from Fishers’ thriving Nickel Plate District. The new community blends suburban living with contemporary urban design and amenities, including direct access to the Nickel Plate Trail, a rails-to-trails multi-use path that runs through downtown Fishers.
Nickel Row is a thoughtfully designed community featuring transitional contemporary architecture and a range of design options and finishes. All homes will feature flexible open-concept interiors, energy-saving technology, high-end finishes and attached two-car garages. Residents can choose from multiple floorplans that range from 2,190 to 2,317 square feet, 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, with 12 of the homes also featuring private elevators.
While Nickel Row marks Onyx+East’s first townhome development in Fishers, it is the fourth community in Hamilton County, joining Uptown at WestClay, Mélange, and Flora all located in Carmel. Over the past three years, Onyx+East has doubled its revenue and home count, delivering over 450 homes and surpassing $90 million in total revenue.
