Oxford Partners added Ashley Wensrich as Vice President of the Healthcare Division, strengthening the company’s medical office and healthcare tenant representation practice in Houston.
Ashley brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in landlord representation. She began by representing owners of Class A office properties before transitioning into healthcare real estate, where she solely represented landlords of medical office buildings. Most recently, she served as an Associate Broker and Marketing Specialist at Transwestern, representing medical office building owners, including one of the largest publicly traded medical REITs in the country. She led leasing and marketing strategy for a major Houston hospital campus, increasing occupancy by nearly 10% in the first 18 months, by attracting more physicians, medical groups, and medical related business to the property.
Ashley began her career in marketing and sales roles within the oil and gas industry in Norway and Houston, then spent five years at Tanglewood Property Group building a marketing program from the ground up for a portfolio exceeding one million square feet. Her creative approach to marketing earned recognition from the American Marketing Association, and she holds the Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) credential.
At Oxford, Ashley will work alongside Nelson Udstuen to advise healthcare occupiers on site selection, lease negotiations, and real estate strategy across the Houston market. Her landlord-side background gives her tenant clients a distinct advantage in negotiations, understanding firsthand where landlords hold firm and where they have room to move.
