Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of a 36,000-square-foot building on 2.35 acres located at 2301-2311 Touhy in Elk Grove.
ChiCargo, a multimodal transportation company with more than four decades of experience in the Chicago metropolitan and greater O’Hare regions, took advantage of the low interest rates to buy the building they had previously been leasing. The company enjoys the excellent location and the large amount of land available.
Gregory Wright, senior vice president, and Adam Naparsteck, associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented ChiCargo and were the sole brokers in the transaction.
