Scannell Properties’ 595 Innovation Drive in DuPage Business Center officially broke ground on November 30th and was attended by Pete Kelly, West Chicago’s Economic Development Coordinator, DuPage County Commissioner Peter DiCianni, Chris Carlino of Scannell Properties, Cory Ramey and Shamus Conneely of john greene Industrial, Brett Duffy of SpaceCo, and Peak Construction Corporation.
Peak Construction Corporation was awarded the 250,100 square foot speculative warehouse distribution facility which will have a 32’ clear height with 208 auto parking spaces, 95 trailer parking spaces, 30 dock positions and four (4) 12’ x 14’ drive-in doors and is designed to be a multi-tenant facility, up to four (4) tenants. The project is slated for completion in Q3 of 2022. In addition to SpaceCo, Peak is teamed with Ware Malcomb and IMEG. The leasing of the project will be executed by john greene’s industrial team, led by Cory Ramey and Shamus Conneely, two commercial real estate veterans.
Earlier this year, Peak completed Scannell Properties’ 555 Innovation Drive in the DuPage Business Park, a 250,100 square foot facility, including a full-building tenant improvement for Shorr Packaging Corp.
