Jumana Judeh president and chief executive officer of Dearborn Heights, Mich.-based Judeh & Associates, was recently named an honorary member of the Practicing Valuers Association of India thanks to her experience with valuation methodologies and challenges.
The organization has only issued this honor three other times since its inception in 1999.
Judeh, who holds the designation of MAI from the Appraisal Institute, was invited to India to participate in PVAI’s 15th Annual Conference.
She was a featured speaker at the conference, where she covered the topic of valuating real estate in the distressed economy of Detroit.
