NAI Hiffman recently represented Winthrop Realty Trust in its lease expansion with long-time tenant, Primera Engineers Ltd. for 19,101 square feet of office space at 550-650 Warrenville Road in Lisle.
Primera Engineers is a full-service engineering design, management and consulting firm. The space is located within Corporetum VI, located along I-88 with access to I-355. The 172,695-square-foot building is currently 85 percent leased and offers granite lobbies, on-site food service, a conference center, fitness center, private corner balconies and an expansive window line that overlooks the Morton Arboretum.
