NAI Hiffman recently represented Principal Real Estate Investors in two transactions to fully lease its 341,114-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building at 6755 W. 65th St. in Bedford Park.

FAMSA Inc. signed a new lease for 65,347 square feet of space; Leggett & Platt Fashion Bed, who moved into the building in August 2012, will expand its current space in the facility by 21,363 additional square feet for a total of 275,767 square feet.

“After M. Block and Sons vacated the entire building, we were pleased to work with ownership to quickly and creatively lease the space to FAMSA and Leggett & Platt,” said Larry Much, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group.

Much and Steve Connolly, both with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Principal Real Estate Investors in the two transactions. Bobby Mendoza of LRS Real Estate and Jeff Malk of Aleran Real Estate represented FAMSA Inc. Eileen Curry of CIBCO Realty represented Leggett & Platt.
