James Brucato and Mark Augustyn, principals of Principle Construction Corp., announced that the firm has completed a 162,014-square-foot tenant improvement project for Rex Carton at 7400 Richards Lane in Bridgeview, Illinois.

The building houses 153,351 square feet of warehouse space and 8,663 square feet of office. Principle completely renovated the office, demolishing and reconstructing the interior walls, ceiling grid, MEPRs, flooring and bathrooms. In the warehouse section of the building, the Principle team constructed a baler room with masonry walls that consist of a dock door and a man door.

Principle’s Darrin Dehmlow served as senior project manager for the improvements, assisted by new assistant project manager Jon Anderson, while Principle’s Dennis Crawford served as superintendent. A+M Architects, LLC, provided design services.
