Revolution Inc. has signed a long-term lease of 152,817 square feet at 6100 W. Howard St. in Niles.
Since opening in 1996, Revolution Dancewear has partnered exclusively with dance studios in the United States and Canada to provide them with shoes, dancewear and costumes to sell in their own retail spaces. Over the past 17 years they have also expanded to include an international branch, Dance Direct, serving the UK, France and Germany.
CBRE’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented Revolution Inc., and Brendan Green and Chris Volkert of Colliers International represented the landlord, KTR Illinois Inc.
