RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager for Enclave Crystal Lake, a new-construction residential community developed by Harlem Irving Companies. Once completed, Enclave Crystal Lake will offer 51 rental townhomes and 48 apartments in northwest-suburban Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Construction is complete and leasing has begun for phase one of the community’s townhomes, with first move-ins expected in early November. The four-story, 48-unit apartment building is under construction with leasing and occupancy scheduled to begin in Spring 2024.
Enclave Crystal Lake’s nine townhome clusters will comprise five to six three-story townhome groupings featuring two- and three- bedroom units. Townhomes include open-concept kitchen and family rooms, 2.5 baths and attached two-car garages.
Apartments will include studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans with one to two baths. The four-story building will feature a host of amenities including an indoor resident lounge, outdoor seating area, bike path and dog run, as well as 64 exterior parking spaces. Residents of both the townhomes and apartments can utilize the community’s on-site amenity spaces.
All residences at Enclave Crystal Lake feature high-end finishes and selections, including vinyl or plank flooring in main living areas, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer two-toned kitchen cabinets.
Enclave Crystal Lake is ideally located for commuters and residents who want to enjoy all that Downtown Crystal Lake has to offer. Residents are only a six-minute walk to the Crystal Lake Metra station, which connects the Union Pacific Northwest Line to Ogilvie Transportation Center near Chicago’s Loop, and just a five-minute walk from Crystal Lake’s historic district, which is home to a variety of locally owned shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Also nearby are several public parks and lakes as well as the Crystal Lake Public Library, which has been ranked as one of the nation’s top public libraries and hosts many community events. In addition, community residents are in proximity to Husmann Elementary and Crystal Lake Central High, as well as major national retailers such as Jewel-Osco, Target and Sam’s Club.
