James Kadlick and Harrison Kane of Rockspring Properties represented the owner 3724 Creeekmont on the sale of 23,000 square foot of newly constructed industrial space. The buyer, Eustler Technical Products was represented by Russell Simmons of Texas Area Properties.
1308 N 1st Street
James Kadlick of Rockspring Properties represented the buyer, Crossfit Central Houston, in the purchase of a 16,000 square foot industrial building at 1308 N 1st Street in Bellaire. The seller was represented by Ben Sample of CRESA.
165 Acres FM 2854
James Kadlick of Rockspring Properties represented the seller of 165 acres of land on FM 2854 in Montgomery County. The site is across the street from Lone Star Elementary. The buyer, Treaty Oak Development, was represented by Harrison Kane of Rockspring Properties. Treaty Oak Development plans to develop a single family home community on the site.
3409 Brinkman St.
Harrison Kane of Rockspring Properties represented the seller of 2.77 acres in the Garden Oaks area just off of W 34th. Along with the land came a 38,000 sqft flex building with an ambulance services tenant. The Buyer was Braun Enterprises and they are planning on a future redevelopment of the site.
