Retailer Saint Laurent has signed a lease on the ground level of the Waldorf Astoria Chicago, an ultra-luxury hotel in the Gold Coast located at 11 E. Walton St.
The deal was completed by brokers and founding members of Baum Realty Group’s Luxury Division, Janika Brenner and Adam Secher. Brenner, vice president of Baum Realty Group, specializes in the representation of fashion, lifestyle and home furnishing retailers.
Adam Secher, principal of Baum Realty Group, spends time with landlords and tenants specializing in the fashion and lifestyle categories. He is responsible for the recently completed flagship Gold Coast stores for Anthropologie’s new BHLDN Concept, Madewell, Perchance, Marc Jacobs and Starbucks.
The Chicago Saint Laurent boutique will offer men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. The store will occupy 2,365 square feet within the hotel and is adjacent to Marc Jacobs with neighboring retailers including: Barneys New York, Hermes, Lululemon, Oliver Peoples, Scoop NYC, Ted Baker and more. The landlord overseeing the property is First Elysian Hotel Co.
