Sansone Group represented Katy Industries in the relocation of its manufacturing plant from St. Louis to Jefferson City, Missouri.
Continental Commercial Products, a plastics manufacturer under parent company Katy Industries, occupies space at 305 Rock Industrial Park Drive in Bridgeton, Missouri, and plans to relocate in December.
Katy Industries entered into an 11-year lease for 534,000 square feet at 321 Wilson Drive in Jefferson City. The Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce awarded a 10-year tax abatement and gave Katy a $500,000 grant as incentives to relocate to the communithy. The plant will bring 150 to 180 new manufacturing jobs to the area.
The facility was established in Jefferson City in 1964 as part of Von Hoffmann Press. RR Donnelley acquired the plant in 2007.
Vince Bajardi and Jake Corrigan, both with Sansone Group, were the brokers of record for the transaction.
