Vince Bajardi and Jake Corrigan of Sansone Group represented TA Associates Realty in the sale of 13333 Lakefront Drive in Earth City, Mo.
The transaction closed Sept. 24.
The buyer, local investment group Big Sky Properties plans to hold the asset as an investment.
The space is fully leased to Legacy Pharmaceutical Company.
