Schafer Richardson, Inc. recently closed the sale of the former Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses property at 1950 Douglas Drive in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
Erin Larson of Schafer Richardson and Michael Houge of KW Commercial jointly represented the seller in the transaction.
The building is about 4,000 square feet and includes 1.18 acres of land. The private buyer was represented by Zac Hoang of Coldwell Banker Commercial – Griffin Companies.
