Livonia, Mich.-based Schostak Brothers & Company and Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based REI Investment Group, Inc., announced plans for Phase 2 of their joint-venture project, Northville Park Place of Northville, Mich., during a ground-breaking ceremony June 25.
After recently completing the 100,000-square-foot Phase 1 for the new University of Michigan Northville Health Center at Northville Park Place, Schostak Brothers & Company and REI Investment Group, Inc. are beginning construction of Phase 2, a retail center that will include 22 acres of the project’s total 82 acres of land at the southwest corner of 7 Mile and Haggerty.
Phase 2 construction is scheduled for completion by mid-January 2015, with interior tenant build-outs occurring through the first quarter of 2015. New businesses committed to Phase 2 include Granite City Food & Brewery, Rusty Bucket, Sherwin Williams, BurgerFi, Chipotle and Jimmy John’s.
The property, which will be directly connected via bike paths to the future Northville Township Park, will feature amenities, including water ponds with floating fountains, an elevated waterfall, walkable paths, a gathering area and outdoor seating throughout the property.
