A partnership between Jasper Stone Partners and Agman Partners recently purchased the Stateline Station Shopping Center in Kansas City for $10.75 million.
Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented Jasper Stone Partners, while Jon Pesce and Kevin Rhodes of Seldin Company represented Agman Partners as the buyer. Paul Mulligan of Cormac Company and Rob Luellen of Quantum Development assisted in the acquisition. The seller was M & I Bank. The property was originally developed by the Cormac Company of Omaha.
The property contains about 163,000 square feet on 16.78 acres, and is currently 78-percent occupied.
