Spencer Secor, senior associate and office specialist for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in Omaha, Nebraska, recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis and ethics.
Secor has seven years of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for the marketing, leasing and sales of commercial real estate properties. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2015, Secor has been involved in more than 1.17 million square feet of brokerage transactions totaling more than $90 million.
