SGJ Property Management Inc. has leased approximately 3,000 square feet in the Universal Building at 700 N. Sacramento in Chicago.
Catherine Caravette, owner of Catherine Caravette and Associates Inc., represented building ownership in the transaction, while Mike Nolan, vice president at Avison Young, represented SGJ Property Management Inc.
The Universal Building is a 150,000-square-foot office loft property. The building offers: on-site management and engineering services, gated parking, on-site security, classic loft office space design, open floor plans, access to CTA bus routes and high-speed Internet. The location allows for access to several major highways and is adjacent to Chicago neighborhoods, such as Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village and Noble Square.
