Signature Associates will market for lease the Eastland Commerce Center in Harper Woods, Michigan.
This new Class-A warehouse, distribution and manufacturing campus will include three buildings ranging from 200,000 square feet to 536,000 square feet, tilt-up construction and an abundance of vehicle and trailer parking.
The Eastland Commerce Center is located on the 80-acre site formerly known as the Eastland Center Shopping Mall.
Joe Hamway and Greg Hudas are the leasing brokers on this project representing the landlord and developer, NorthPoint Development.
Building 1, with up to 297,000 square feet, is under construction now. Completion is scheduled for early 2023.
