Skender Construction promotes Kate Calenberg to talent development manager

Kate Calenberg has been promoted from project manager to talent development manager at Skender Construction.

In this newly created role, Calenberg will facilitate the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and enrichment programs for the firm’s more than 100 employees. Skender created the talent development manager role to accommodate the company’s ongoing growth and reinforce its commitment to innovation and professional development.

Since joining the company in 2004, Calenberg has managed a significant number of projects for multi-unit housing and healthcare clients, including Sunrise Senior Living, Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and has garnered extensive experience in employee training and process improvement management.
