Skender Construction began the interior construction of the 168,000-square-foot headquarters for the retail real estate company GGP at River North Point in Chicago, Illinois.
GGP is relocating 700 employees to its new headquarters at 350 N. Orleans. The space will reflect GGP’s brand and culture with a bright, collaborative work environment that includes open workstation areas, private offices, conference rooms, reception, satellite pantries, large cafe and teaming areas throughout. The renovation will also include an atrium and interconnecting stair.
Skender will work with design firm ARCHIDEAS, Environmental Systems Design and JLL to complete the project by 2018.
