Slim Chickens in early November opened its latest chicken restaurant, this one at 1416 S. Broadway in Minot, North Dakota.
Since its founding in 2003, Slim Chickens has opened more than 90 restaurants in 14 states. The company’s goal is to open 600 restaurants by 2025.
The Minot store is the first Slim Chickens location in North Dakota. The company plans to open at least six Slim Chickens restaurants in North Dakota.
