St. Louis-based KAI 360 Construction Services hired George Brown, Jr. as a Senior Construction Inspector.
In his new role, Brown will lead daily field operations on projects to ensure adherence to schedule, quality and safety criteria. His effective communication skills, code knowledge and problem resolution skills will aid in developing strategies and managing logistics on a variety of transformative community projects.
Brown has 25 years of industry experience and has previously worked as a Construction Superintendent for Vecino Group and as a Building Inspector and Supervisor and Trainer for the City of St. Louis. His attention to detail and dedication to exceeding client expectations and delivering projects on schedule and within budget made him an ideal candidate for the position.
Brown’s work experience includes Construction Superintendent on the $18 million CareSTL Alumnus Gardens Apartments in St. Louis and Lead Inspector on Enterprise Holding Foundation’s $454 million St. Louis City Soccer Club stadium in Downtown St. Louis.
Brown is a Certified Commercial Building Inspector, Certified Plan Reviewer and Certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner through the International Code Council. He is a Certified AUTOCAD Operator and has achieved an OSHA 30 certification in both general industry and construction, plus he is a member of the International Code Council and the Masonry Institute.
