St. Louis’ Sansone Group is expanding its services in the Florida market.
The company has formed a joint venture with Walter K. Robinson, principal of Robinson Commercial Real Estate, to form Robinson-Sansone Brokerage Services, LLC in the South Florida market. The new affiliation means that Sansone Group can now offer leasing services in addition to its property management business in the South Florida market.
Robinson-Sansone will focus its leasing and management efforts primarily on office and industrial properties.
Sansone Group already operates three offices in Florida that manage nearly 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
